ESCE Cover Monsoon 10 is a ready-to-use 100% vegetable based form release agent.  Based on result at existing customers we notice that existing concrete build-up on the molds starts to soften and disappear after a while.  

ESCE Cover Monsoon 10 is declared VOC-free as well in the EU, Asia as in the USA. Free of aromatic solvents. 

ESCE Cover Monsoon 10 is used for the production of:
-  Concrete Roof Tiles

After application, ESCE Cover Monsoon 10 forms a microfilm with an excellent adhesion to steel and aluminium surfaces. This film in turn ensures:
-  Excellent separating abilities
-  A higher protection of the pallets
-  A nice and smooth concrete surface
-  Minimal dust formation
-  No concrete build-up on the pallets

ESCE Cover Monsoon 10 is only suitable for the production of concrete roof tiles. Do NOT use on new pallets! For new pallets use the special developed treatment oil for first time use ESCE Cover Calandula 10.
